STORE POLICIES AND RETURNS
If you are looking for something special, please call us at
610-683-6765 and we will try to assist you. We have included
only a small sampling of our huge inventory that will continually
be updated with new rocks and minerals.
Orders received by mail are usually shipped the next business day
provided the item requested is in stock and payment is made by either
credit card or money order. Personal check payments require check
clearance from the bank and may delay shipping your order from 10-14
days.
If you happen to order something that is out of stock, we will
contact you immediately. You will be able to choose whether you
want to wait until the item you have ordered comes in or to select
another, similar item. No substitutions will be made without your
approval.
Crystal Cave offers a 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee with each order.
If your order is not to your satisfaction, you may return the item
in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund
or exchange (less shipping charges.) Returns are accepted in good
condition, with the original sales receipt. Return shipping charges
are the responsibility of the Purchaser.
Please contact Crystal Cave if an item is being returned so we
can provide you with a Returned Good Authorization Number (RGA #.)
We suggest you use a trackable shipping method such as UPS Ground,
which also includes up to $100.00 insurance, to return your product.
We will confirm your returned item upon receipt. Unfortunately,
any item that is damaged while being returned to Crystal Cave and
can't be sold, will not be credited to your account.
International orders (including Canada) may incur duties, tariffs,
or other fees. No refunds on orders, including shipping charges,
will be offered if you refuse to pay additional fees. Please contact
your local Post Office or Customs Service to find out what these
fees may be prior to placing your order.
Credits to your account will be in the same form the payment was
originally made. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us
immediately so we can make a damage report. If you receive a damaged
box, please inspect the contents and notify the shipping company
if a claim for damage is required. We would also like to be notified
in the event that this occurs.
